Why it matters: Trust in education comes from honesty. You should always know what's a simulation and what's a real-world example.

What we don't do: Assume technical knowledge or use jargon without explanation.
Why it matters: Cybersecurity affects everyone. Education should be available to everyone, regardless of technical background.
